Carers Support

A carer is someone who provides support to a relative, partner, friend or neighbour who could not manage without you.

If you are a carer please inform our reception staff and pick up a leaflet on the ways we might be able to assist you. If you agree, we can add your name to our Carers’ Register and provide you with the support you need.

Carers are invited to attend a Carer Health Check Clinic which is an appointment with one of our Healthcare Assistants followed by a meeting with a GP Liaison Working from Carer Support Wiltshire.

Carer Support Wiltshire can help you to access free counselling, benefits advice, complementary therapies, support groups, training opportunities and much more.  All their services are completely free and 100% confidential.

If you would like to contact Carer Support Wiltshire direct please visit their website:  www.carersinwiltshire.co.uk or ring freephone 0800 181 4118.
