Carers Support

Are You A Carer?

A carer is someone who provides support to a relative, partner, friend or neighbour who could not manage without you.

If you are a carer please inform our reception staff and pick up a leaflet on the ways we might be able to assist you. If you agree, we can add your name to our Carers’ Register and provide you with the support you need.

Carers are invited to attend a Carer Health Check Clinic which is an appointment with one of our Healthcare Assistants followed by a meeting with a GP Liaison Working from Carers Together Wiltshire.

  • Carer Lead: Sarah Glass
